Yes, you can use this fragrance oil to make candles. It will instill a subtle and feminine scent to your candles, making them ideal for a relaxing evening at home or as a gift for a friend. It can also be used to make soaps, lotions, air fresheners, reed diffusers, potpourri mixes, and sachets.

How Long Will It Last?

It depends on how much you put on and how often you wash your hands. Most people get about 12-15 hours of scent from a single use. If you're using it as a perfume, only apply once in the morning (or before bed) and reapply as needed throughout the day.

How Do I Know if I’m Allergic to This Fragrance Oil?

If you have never used fragrance oils before, try a small amount—just on your wrist or neck—to test whether you are allergic to them. If you don't experience any irritation or other reaction, then it's safe for you to use them regularly. If you experience an allergic reaction, stop using this particular fragrance oil immediately.

Are There Any Ingredients That Will Cause an Allergic Reaction?

Not really. But if you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies, we recommend patch-testing all fragrances before wearing them in public. You can apply some on your wrist and leave it uncovered for about 30 minutes before going out in public for the first time. You're good to go if there are no reactions after 30 minutes!

What’s the Difference Between Your Fragrance Oils and Synthetic Fragrances?

Our fragrances are natural and contain no synthetics. Synthetic fragrances are made with chemicals that can irritate skin and have been linked to cancer. They also have a very short shelf life, which means they don't last very long on your skin. Our fragrances will last longer than synthetics because they're natural and don't contain any harmful chemicals.

What Is the Best Way to Store Your Fragrance Oil?

We recommend storing your fragrance oils in a cool, dark place. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.

How Much Should I Use?

This depends on how strong you want your fragrance to be. A little goes a long way—you'll need to experiment with different amounts until you find what works best for you!

How Should I Apply the Fragrance?

You can apply the perfume directly from the bottle onto your wrists and neck for a subtle scent that will linger for hours. You can also dab some onto your pulse points—inside your wrists, behind your ears, or on your inner elbows. Remember that water tends to dilute scents over time, so if you add scent to something like shampoo or conditioner, it may not last as long.
