The cylindrical carafe has a comfortable thickness for holding and features an insulated design that helps retain both heat and aroma. The unglazed white porcelain body allows you to experience the smooth texture of the material directly without a handle. This special surface treatment also makes cleaning coffee stains quick and easy.
The tight-fitting lid maintains heat well, and can be tilted over 90 degrees without risk of falling off.
The custom-designed dripper has an inner ridge structure ideal for slow, even saturation - the slower flow rate compared to standard dripper allows for a richer flavor extraction that balances body and taste.
It is recommended to use V60-01 paper filters, sold separately.
Please be noted that while the carafe can be handled safely at water temperatures up to 90 degrees Celsius during the brewing process reaching 300ml.

- The pour over coffee set is made from fine Jingdezhen porcelain, crafted through traditional artisanal techniques rather than industrial mass production. When fired at temperatures over 1300 degrees Celsius, all lead and cadmium are thoroughly vitrified, leaving a non-toxic enamel. While not as precisely uniform as machine-made wares, slight blemishes can occur and are considered a normal part of the handcrafted process.
Additionally, Jingdezhen's humid climate may on occasion cause minor surface pores or enamel bumps due to moisture, which are likewise normal characteristics.
